We deliver the goods only to an address located on the territory of Estonia.
We offer the following delivery methods:
– Omniva Estonian parcel machine €2.99 (delivery to the Omniva parcel machine of your choice – within 2-3 working days) *
– Smartpost Eesti parcel machine: €2.99 (delivery to the Smartpost parcel machine of your choice – within 2-3 working days) *
– Courier Ziticity (Tallinn only): €4.99 (delivery by courier service, with the option to choose a suitable time, within 1-2 working days)
*According to the transport companies, the delivery time in the pre-Christmas period may be longer than the usual scheduled time. Please order the goods in advance!
RETURN
Purchased goods are subject to a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. The customer must notify his return request within 14 days after receiving the goods. The goods to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The goods can be returned by parcel post.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with what was ordered or scrap goods. The money for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the costs of delivering the goods will also be refunded.
